Nights unknown ATM, waiting on new job.
Like to see fun fuckaround nights and some group training, I need to ditch some bad habits.

so Tuesday will be our more relaxed try new things nights.

Thursday will be our private lobby and comp building night.
Everyone is welcome both nights, with the hope to add another night when we get a full team.

Good turn out this week, 12 + on Tuesday and tonight we had 9 v 9 private lobbies.

If you are new or want to get better at MWO have a read of http://www.omcmwo.com/forum/m/9756211/viewthread/17778995-compiled-how-to-mwo-guide-page

cerberias also offered some 1 on 1 training for anyone that wants to put time into getting better. ( just PM him on here or TS)

Seeing how we have more than 12 people now most nights.

For the new people to OMC, what do you think is best.

Try and run 12 mans as much as we can ?

Split the groups into 6v6 and maybe try sync dropping? ( older members in both groups to help give hints)

Split the groups into 4v4 with someone not so new giving you hints as you go ?

generally i think going with larger groups will probably be better, but if we get more than 12 would probably prefer to run inhouse games where possible - learn a hellll of a lot more from a 7v7 or 8v8 IH if you can decently spread players, than from roflstomping pugs till people start just afking because wtf is the point (shutupitwasntmeprobablygrimnar)

Teamwork is essential, it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.

Thursday is private lobby's night, You can still learn from QP and with the new members we have the feedback has been positive due to the unexpected natural of QP. ( the private lobby's are pretty black and white as we pretty much know what the other team is going to do.)

Will still have people overheating, dying to back shots, not calling targets and not moving very well, all of these can be done within quick play.

If we get above 12 players again, I think the following might work.

6 Mans - 2 lights, 2 alpha and 2 ranges

4 Mans - work on one thing. EG 4 lights, 4 brawl, 4 alpha ect ect. ( make sure we have the helpful players in all lances.)

Also it shows the new people the playstyle we want to play in private lobbys so its not a shock on the Thursday nights.

Most Oceanic units train/play on Tues/Thurs. It's possible to organise scrims some of those nights.

That will be the plan for Thursdays, once we get a few weeks under our belt
